DESIGN CONSULTATIONS
Consultations is an exceptional way to be able to meet with myself and discuss the potential within a projects. Whilst in person consultations is always ideal, sometimes that is not always possible which is why I offer 2 services:
VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
VIRTUAL MEETINGS INCLUDE:
- Initial phone call with myself to design the details of the design project.
- Further communication through email to allow the sharing of images and ideas clearly.
- The potential for a zoom meeting if required.
This may cost more, please discuss if this
is the service which would best suit)
FINISH PRODUCT PROVIDED:
- A design proposal PDF sent through email with resolved floor plan, and any relevant additional information.
AVERAGE COSTS:
The minimum time allowed for a project is 3 hours, and costs $350.
VS
IN PERSON DESIGN MEETING
IN PERSON DESIGN MEETING INCLUDES:
- Initial phone call with myself to discuss the scope of project.
- Allowance for up to 1 hr of driving for myself to access site.
- In person design consultation, in which I will:
- Site measure project
- Discuss ideas and concept from my years of experience
- Review gallery of images for clarification of design potential
- Summarise design intention
- If any further communication is required after that meeting, it will be generally through email to allow the sharing of images and ideas clearly.
FINISH PRODUCT PROVIDED:
- A design proposal PDF sent through email with resolved floor plan, and any relevant additional information.
AVERAGE COSTS:
The minimum time allowed for a project is 3 hours designing and 1 hr of driving and costs $500
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
If the project requires additional time on top of the above allowance, it is charged at 15 min increments at $110 per hour. This may occur if projects are more complicated, or if other rooms are added to the scope of the project.
It this is the case, we will discuss this with you in advance
PAYMENT TERMS:
$125 payment is required upfront, which will be invoiced after the initial phone call,
and will need to be paid prior to on site.
Once the finish product is completed, the remaining payment is required.
